The 59th Anniversary of Tibetan Democracy Day (Mangtso Duchen)

Dear Community Members:

We are celebrating the 59^th anniversary of Tibetan Democracy in exile and the 13^th Anniversary of the conferment of Canadian Honorary Citizenship to His Holiness the great 14^th Dalai Lama of Tibet.

There will be traditional function, speech by the Chief Guest Kungo Thupten Tashi Anyetsang (Former Justice Commissioner) and other important dignitaries followed by cultural show, gorshey and other entertainment.
