IT Committee

The IT Committee is an administrative body that reviews, monitors and prioritizes IT projects within the organization. The committee helps ensure that IT strategy is aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. The committee helps the organization in maintaining the current IT infrastructure and also in planning for future IT initiatives. The committee was formed in Nov 2015.  The Vice President of TCCC is currently the chair of this committee IT initiatives completed so far;

• Part of the ethernet cable infrastructure was replaced.
• Configured and replaced office PC’s.
• Installed new router and switches
• Installed wireless access points throughout the facility
• External Website (migration in progress)
• Upgrading Membership database (in progress)
• Event Registration/Management System (in progress)
