SPECIAL MEETING REGARDING RENOVATION PROJECT

Dear TCCC Members,
As per articles 4.2 and 4.4 of the Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre (TCCC) by-laws, members of TCCC are hereby requested to attend a Special Meeting. Kindly bring either your TCCC membership card or updated Green Book (up to 2017) as we will be seeking approval to enter into an agreement with a construction general contractor.

WHAT THE MEETING IS ABOUT:
Seeking approval from TCCC members (green book holders or TCCC membership holders) to enter into an agreement with a general contractor in order to commence construction, as it relates to the Choekhang Renovation Project.
