ལོ་འཁོར་ཚོགས་ཆེན་ཕེབས་སྐབས་ངེས་པར་གངས་ལྗོངས་ཆོས་ལྡན་གླིང་གི་ཚོགས་མིའི་ཕྱག་འཁྱེར་ཡང་ན་བཙན་བྱོལ་བོད་མིའི་དཔྱ་ཁྲལ་ལག་དེབ་༢༠༡༧བར་གཙང་འབུལ་ཟིན་པ་སྣམ་དགོས་པ་མཁྱེན།

AGM NOTICE

All the community members of CATO & TCCC are hereby requested to attend the 2018 Annual General Meeting.  Kindly bring either your TCCC membership card or updated Green Book (up to 2017) as we will be seeking approval for certain amendments to the bylaws.

1. Approval of minutes of the AGM 2017 Meeting
2. Presentation of Audited Financial Statement for the Financial Year August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2017
3. Presentation of Interim Report 2017-2018
4. Presentation of Chokhang Construction Cost and Cash Analysis
5. Approval of the Auditor
6. Amendment of Quorum 

( In order to meet the required quorum, it is stated according to Article 4.6 of the TCCC bylaw that during the Annual General Meeting or Special Meeting Quorum No fewer than 33% or 200 of the voting Members shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of Members of the Corporation. However, since we have difficulty to meet the required quorum up until today, we would like to propose the following:

4.6 Annual General Meeting or Special Meeting Quorum No fewer than 33% or 100 of the voting Members, whichever is less of all members of the Corporation, shall constitute a quorum of any meeting of Members of the Corporation)
