The Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre (TCCC), known in Tibetan as Gangjong Choedenling is proud to announce its strategic growth campaign. Phase I of the campaign will support the multi-purpose hall expansion and roof construction to unveil the Shakyamuni, Guru Padmasambhava, Avalokitesvara and Green Tara statues. This represents an area of 13,200 sq ft costing approximately $3.3 million.

Building our future

Inspired by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s message for the promotion of religious harmony and the importance of preserving Tibet’s unique culture, the Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre project was conceived in 2004 during the Kalachakra for World Peace initiation. At that time the community received blessings from His Holiness for the establishment of a centre for the preservation of Tibetan heritage.
